Personal data
The Law Firm may be required to implement personal data processing that has a legal basis:
- the legitimate interest pursued by the Firm for purposes of prospection, animation and in the context of managing its relationship with its clients,
- the execution of its mission, the processing having as its purpose the production, management and follow-up of the client's file,
- compliance with legal and regulatory obligations when it implements processing for the purposes of invoicing, accounting, prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing and the fight against corruption.
It keeps data only for the duration necessary for the operations for which they were collected and in compliance with the regulations in force.
Under the conditions defined by the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 and the European Regulation on the protection of personal data of April 14, 2016, individuals concerned by the processing implemented have a right of access to data concerning them, correction, query, limitation, portability, deletion.
They also have the right to object at any time, for reasons relating to their particular situation, to the processing of personal data having as a legal basis the legitimate interest of the firm, as well as the right to object to commercial prospecting.
